Developer Platform Agreement

This Developer Platform Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the ZIPATO developer platform, including the ZIPATO application programming interfaces (“APIs”), documentation, sample code and related materials (together, the “Developer Platform”). It applies in addition to the ZIPATO Terms of Service. Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict, this Agreement applies to your use of the Developer Platform. In this Agreement, “ZIPATO”, “we” and “us” refer to Tri plus grupa d.o.o.

Access and credentials

  • To use the Developer Platform you need a ZIPATO User Account. You are responsible for all use of the Developer Platform made with your account and your API credentials (such as keys and tokens).
  • Keep your API credentials confidential. Do not share them or embed them in software that others can inspect.

License

  • Subject to this Agreement, ZIPATO grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Developer Platform to develop, test and run applications and integrations that work with the ZIPATO Service (“Your Applications”).
  • All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by ZIPATO.

Restrictions

  • You agree not to: (a) use the Developer Platform in a way that harms the Service, its users or ZIPATO, or that breaks the law; (b) exceed or circumvent the usage limits, security measures or access controls of the Developer Platform; (c) access data or devices you are not authorised to access; (d) sell, resell or sublicense access to the Developer Platform itself; (e) use the Developer Platform to build a product that copies or replaces the Service; or (f) misrepresent Your Applications as made or endorsed by ZIPATO.
  • ZIPATO may set and change usage limits for the Developer Platform at any time.

User data and privacy

  • If Your Applications access data of other ZIPATO users, you may do so only with their permission and only for the purpose they agreed to. You must tell those users clearly what data you access and how you use it, and comply with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where it applies.
  • You are responsible for keeping any data you obtain through the Developer Platform secure, and for deleting it when the user withdraws permission or you no longer need it.

Your Applications

  • You are solely responsible for Your Applications, including their support, and for the consequences of their use. ZIPATO does not review or approve Your Applications unless it agrees to do so in writing.
  • You may not use the ZIPATO name, logos or other Marks in Your Applications or their marketing without ZIPATO’s prior written consent, except to state accurately that Your Application works with ZIPATO.

Changes, suspension and termination

  • ZIPATO may change, suspend or discontinue the Developer Platform, or any part of it, at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that would break existing integrations, but are not obliged to.
  • ZIPATO may suspend or end your access to the Developer Platform at any time if you breach this Agreement or the Terms of Service, or if your use puts the Service, its users or ZIPATO at risk. You may stop using the Developer Platform at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

THE DEVELOPER PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMER, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION TERMS OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO THE DEVELOPER PLATFORM AND TO YOUR APPLICATIONS.

General

ZIPATO may modify this Agreement by publishing a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Developer Platform after a change means you accept it. The governing law and jurisdiction provisions of the Terms of Service also apply to this Agreement. You can contact us at hello@zipato.com.
